Todays upskilling is inefficient, time-consuming and too expensive. Especially upskilling for managers, where only 5% receive 1-on-1 upskilling and mentorship due to high costs. Our platform targets the 95 % of the managers (first and middle line managers) where they can get expert-advice and mentorship through video-call with an experienced manager/expert when they need it, at much lower cost.
