SenSIC develops, produces cost efficient gas sensors with exceptional sensitivity/resolution at very low gas concentrations. The sensors can be used in a variety of combustion applications, from woody biomass stoves/boilers, to industrial manufacturing processes and after exhaust after-treatment systems. Most importantly, the sensors can be used in extremely harsh environments where it is challenging to place sensors today e.g. directly in exhaust.
SenSiC has a B2B business model, where sensor systems are sold directly by SenSiC. For large volumes such as the automotive market, the sensor element will be licensed to Tier 1 suppliers.
