Epiluvac was formed after a kind of “buy-out” of Epigress from Aixtron. Epigress started 1993 and was very successful in development and commercially to supply R&D worldwide with small Chemical Vapor Deposition, CVD- equipments for R&D in Wide BandGap Semiconductor, WBG arena. At that time, it was state-of- the-art technology! Epiluvac ́s engineers have a very long time of experience not only from the products but from this relatively new WBG semiconductor industry. Also, we have a great global network in this industry. 2020 we launched our brand new platform with lots of new features which has been very much appreciated by customers.
